Cancellation Policy
By confirming a reservation, the guest agrees to the following cancellation terms.
The deposit paid at the time of booking is fully refundable up to 2 months prior to the scheduled arrival date.
For cancellations made within 2 months of the arrival date, the reservation may still be cancelled; however, the deposit will not be refunded under any circumstances. This policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation.
The deposit is intended as a guarantee for the reservation and as protection against last-minute cancellations, given the nature of the property and the advance booking period typically required.
No exceptions, refunds, or credits will be granted beyond the terms outlined above.
Payment Terms
A deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm and secure the reservation.
The remaining balance of the stay must be paid in full prior to arrival at the property. Payment instructions and accepted methods will be provided to the guest after the booking is confirmed and within the timeline indicated in the reservation process.
Failure to complete the balance payment within the specified timeframe may result in cancellation of the reservation, with the deposit retained according to the cancellation policy.

- This policy applies independently of external events, personal circumstances, travel disruptions, or changes in travel plans.
