THE SPACE

Basement: Opens directly onto the large garden, housing a laundry room and a convenient bathroom with a shower.

Ground Floor: Cozy and bright, with a spacious living area that includes an entrance, a sitting room with a lake view, a dining room, a kitchen with an original stone fireplace, and a small service bathroom.

First Floor: Accessible by a wooden staircase, this floor houses the sleeping area with three bedrooms: two double rooms with lake-view balconies and one single room. There’s also a refined bathroom with a bathtub and a room used as a walk-in closet.

Exterior: The property offers ample private parking, a storage room with garden furniture and tools, a dock with a mooring buoy, and a lovely gazebo with a lounge area.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Cancellation Policy: The deposit paid at the time of booking is fully refundable up to 2 months before arrival. For cancellations made within 2 months of arrival, the deposit will be retained. Full details are available in the website footer under “Cancellation & Payment Policy.”

Tourist Tax: A tourist tax of €2 per person, per night is payable at check-in and applies from April to October. Children up to 13 years old are exempt.

Pets: Small to medium-sized dogs (up to 30 kg) are allowed. Cats are not permitted. A supplement of €20 per day, per pet applies.

Late Check-in: Check-ins after 9:00 PM are subject to an additional fee.
